Outside Plant Services is responsible for providing cabling and a pathway infrastructure that is reliable, stable and maintenance free.  Colville Tribes Network and Telecommunications rely on these pathways to provide services to all tribal government and tribal enterprise end users that support the people of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation.
